Since you do not have a Dropbox account, we’d recommend that you set one up for free if you believe you’ll share more than 25 images with me (often for a portfolio or image gallery). Otherwise, we can just cross this bridge when we come to it to determine whether it is necessary.

An email address is one that has its own “inbox” that you log in to view. Often this is termed “webmail,” simply meaning that you can log in and access it from any computer or browser that has an internet connection. Email can also be accessed through most email interfaces, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, MacOS Mail, Thunderbird, etc.
Email forwarding generically refers to the operation of re-sending an email meassage delivered to one email address on to a different email address. You will check email as you already do, and these emails will be forwarded to your, or another person’s email. (Ex. office@yourdomain.com → name@yourdomain.com or name@gmail.com).
